Shipping & Returns
Each decal is made to order and we ask that you please allow 3-7 working days to make your decals, after which your order will ship. For larger orders and during holidays, please allow an additional 1-2 days to fulfill your order.
After your order is made, it will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). At that time, you will receive a status update email from us. We offer any of the following shipping rates:
Domestic (US orders)
Please allow up to 10 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS and may either be Priority (2-5 days*), or First-Class (3-7 days*).
International (outside the US)
Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery, as per Stamps.com. On average, customers from Canada have seen shipping times of 10-18 days, and customers from Australia have seen shipping times of 14-20 days.
*Shipping service depends on total package weight/dimensions and transit time is an estimate from USPS.
Because each decal is made to order, there are no returns on orders for any reason other than manufacturer defect or error. If you need to return an item, please contact us first and include a photo of the decal(s) you are requesting to be returned.
If the incorrect size and/or color of the decal was sent to you by mistake we will cover the return shipping by emailing you a prepaid return label and pay for the shipping on the correct item being sent to you.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
* Please note when choosing Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping that some items will not be eligible for tracking depending on order amount thresholds AnyDecals.com is not responsible for lost shipments.
